The Turlock Police Department’s S.W.A.T. team and supporting agencies served search warrants in three cities on Tuesday following an investigation into a sophisticated illegal black-market cannabis cultivation operation.
The Special Investigations Unit began the investigation last month, which revealed multiple addresses affiliated with the target location with 5 in the sheriff’s office jurisdiction, 2 in the city of Turlock, and one in the city of Ceres.
