Waste-management group buys 28 acres in Lexington for $1.3 million

A waste-management group based in Massachusetts with a focus of turning food into an energy resource has purchased 28.1 acres of land in Lexington, according to a recent Davidson County Register of Deeds filing.

Divert Real Estate Holdings of Concord, Mass., paid $1.3 million for an undeveloped tract at 304 U.S. Highway 64. The seller is Davidson Land Development of Lexington.
