Glass House Brands Inc., one of the fastest-growing, vertically-integrated cannabis companies in the U.S., today announced that all local regulatory requirements have been fulfilled for Glass House's acquisition of the Natural Healing Center (NHC) dispensary located in Turlock, California, and that the transaction has officially closed.
Consolidation of the financial results of the Turlock store into Glass House's financials will begin effective immediately. The store will begin serving customers by the end of April and the grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for Friday, May 19, 2023 at 10:00am PT.
