Shopping & dining / Monte Vista Crossings

A mangonada is the clearest introduction to Mango Crazy: mango sorbet and diced mango, finished with lime, chamoy, hot sauce and Tajín. It makes a different shopping-break order from a coffee or burger, and the menu doesn’t stop at dessert.

Find it: 2745 Countryside Drive, Suite B, Turlock. Call: (209) 226-1989.

From Modesto to Monte Vista Crossings

The company’s history starts with childhood friends Andy and Larry, who opened their first shop in Modesto on February 14, 2014. An ice cream shop grew into a business serving both sweet and savory foods across the region.

The Journal’s Turlock opening story placed this branch in Monte Vista Crossings, in the former Rita’s Italian Ice space. It explains the storefront’s earlier identity for shoppers who remember a different sign.

Choose a treat or something savory

The official menu offers a few different approaches to a food stop:

  • Fruit and sorbet: mangonadas, fruit cups and the mango-and-pineapple 50/50.
  • A fruit bowl: bionico combines fruit with a different set of toppings.
  • Something savory: ceviche appears alongside the sweet choices.
  • A drink break: aguas frescas, smoothies and fruit slushies have their own sections.

Select the Countryside branch

Mango Crazy also has a separate Geer Road shop in Turlock. The official locator distinguishes the two; select Countryside before placing an order. Its branch ordering page keeps this address attached to the menu.

For an office treat or a larger gathering, the Central Valley catering page has platter and drink options with separate ordering arrangements. Our Monte Vista Crossings guide gives you the wider shopping context.
